Primestar Energy FZE was incorporated in May 2009, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under the jurisdiction of Dubai Airport Free zone. The company was formed by Mr. Hameed Syed Salahuddin, the eldest son of Mr. Syed M Salahuddin, former Managing Director of Dubai-based ETA-Ascon-Star Group of Companies, who has been in the top 10 Indian Leaders by Forbes Middle East. Mr. Hameed Salahuddin is a Graduate in Industrial Management from University of Massachusetts at Lowell, USA. He had joined the family business as a Management Executive and trained in Power, Oil & Gas, Vertical & Horizontal Transportation and Trading Division in 1992.
Headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the Group has branches and associate offices spread worldwide with subsidiaries spread across various sectors in countries viz. India, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
